Cancellation Policy

Essence Salon kindly asks for a card on file to make an appointment. We do ask for a deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit will go to your appointment the day of! Any cancellations / rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% to the card on file (with deposit included). The 50% will be from the total of the service, if you need the total of the service prior please reach out. You will lose the deposit. A new deposit is required for a new appointment. In order for you to receive your deposit back you must reach out to Paige (732)-608-4837 before 48 hours of your appointment. If you no call no-show your appointment (or the salon has to reach out to you about showing) there will be a 100% charge to your card on file for the starting price of services. If you need the starting prices please reach out to the salon prior. There will also be a 100% deposit requirement for the next appointment. Please understand the salon books out appointments for hours at a time. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be used to anyone then gifted to.
