CANCELLATION POLICY
Essence Salon kindly asks for a card on file to make an appointment. We do ask for a deposit to hold your appointment. The deposit will go to your appointment the day of! Any cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% to the card on file. In order for you to receive your deposit back you must reach out to Paige (732)-608-4837 before 48 hours of your appointment. If you no-show your appointment (or the salon has to reach out to you about showing) there will be a 100% charge to your card on file for the starting price of services. If you need the starting prices please reach out to the salon prior. There will also be a 100% deposit requirement for the next appointment. Please understand the salon books out appointments for hours at a time.
